At Cleat Sheets, our journey began with a common challenge faced by athletes: the relentless wear and tear on sports cleats and the resulting injuries. The frustration of purchasing new cleats twice each season, coupled with the financial burden, was a cycle too familiar to many, including our founder. An athlete himself, he experienced a significant injury due to worn-down cleats, a turning point that brought a crucial realization: there needed to be a sustainable solution to protect both athletes and their gear.

This experience sparked the inception of Cleat Sheets, a revolutionary product born from a vision to enhance safety and extend the lifespan of sports cleats. Our innovative, moldable thermoplastic sheets are not just a protective accessory; they are a commitment to innovation, athlete welfare, and economic efficiency in sports. By joining the Cleat Sheets family, athletes are not only saving money and reducing equipment waste but also investing in their safety and longevity in the sport they love.

Our Team.

The Cleat Sheets team is led by Connor Keenan, the CEO and founder with a strong background in sports marketing and NIL experience. Michael Johnson serves as the CTO/COO, leveraging his extensive knowledge in plastics manufacturing and supply chain management. Sales and marketing efforts are spearheaded by Mike Jones, who has eight years of experience in the field. Karen Turner, the head of finance, brings her CPA credentials and fundraising expertise to the financial management of the company. Industry Expert Zeke Smith, with 30 years of experience and a history as a CEO in sports equipment, provides unparalleled industry insights. Lastly, Mark Roberts oversees manufacturing with his rich experience in managing sports equipment production. Together, they form a well-rounded and experienced team driving Cleat Sheets forward.
